The service

N84 AV8 is provided by Kalvis Berzins, trading as N84 Labs, a sole trader, at Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, L1 0AH ("we", "us"). It presents figures published by official sources and airlines, figures observed from public ADS-B data, and figures estimated by named methods. Every figure is labelled with its basis, source and date.

AV8 is not an airline or airport service and is not endorsed by any publisher. Airline and airport information always prevails. Do not rely on AV8 for travel decisions; check with the airline or airport.

Licences

Flight data derived from adsb.lol is published under the Open Database Licence 1.0; pages showing it are Produced Works. Compiled published data (Fare Anatomy, reported results, seat configurations) is N84 AV8's own compilation; it may be viewed and quoted with attribution to N84 AV8 and the original source, and is licensed for products and redistribution under the data licence. Each source's own licence and attribution is listed on Sources and licences.

API and plans

API keys are issued to a verified email address and are shown once. The free tier allows 1,000 calls a day. Paid plans are billed by N84 Labs; No VAT is charged. You may cancel at any time, as easily as you subscribed. Where a paid plan starts at once at your request, you have 14 days to cancel and pay only for the days used.

Liability

Figures are given as published, observed or estimated, without any warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. Our total liability to you, however it arises, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any decision made in reliance on the figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Fair use and changes

Keep API keys private. You may not resell or redistribute AV8's compiled data in bulk, or copy it by automated means beyond your plan's limits, without a data licence. We may suspend a key that breaks these terms and will say why. We will email paying subscribers at least 30 days before a material change to these terms; you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a refund for the unused part of the period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers elsewhere in the UK keep the protection of their local law and courts.
